Show REMANDS RANCHMAN AND SISTER-IN-LAW Claussen and Miss Nogeler Held in Sums of $5000 Each for Pre. liminary Trial. Special to The Tribune. SHERIDAN, Wyo.. Aug. 15. Hermann Claussen, the wealthy Sheridan county rancher accused of the murder of his wife, together with his slstor-ln-law. Miss Augusta Vogcler, held as accessory, wore today arraigned in Judge J. F. Hoops's court and a preliminary hearing set for Monday. August 21. Bond was fixed at 55000 each, but has so far boon furnished In neither case. It is rumored that Countv Attorney Mogerty has secured additional evidence connecting Claussen with the crime with which he Is charged and startling start-ling rcvolatlons aro promised when the preliminary Ik held. Both Claussen and Miss Vogcler take their arrest coolly and do not appear to b perturbed over the outcome. Neither will talk, except to declare their Innocence. |
