The caseN of Archduke Arch-duke Johann Salvator, tho romantic John Orth, is again before the public. This time, however he has not been rediscovered, rediscov-ered, but his heirs have petitioned thp Austrian courts to declare him officially dead, so that his estate, now valued at something llko $5,000,000, may be disposed of. The application to presume hla death has been mado in the imperial court at Vienna by the Archduke Joseph Ferdinand, Ferdi-nand, one of the nephews of the Archduke Johann Salvator. The court directed a postponement of the application for a period of six months, In order to permit the filing of any proofs that Johann Orth was still alive.
