Primary receipts were on a gigantic scale, 10,500.000 bushels this week against 7.000,000 bushels a year ago. Local Lo-cal arrivals were more than 3.000,000 bushels larger than the shipments. Then, too. the outlook was for a heavy increase in-crease in the visible supply. At no time was there enough buying to absorb tho offerings. Cash wheat demand hero today to-day was poor, and there was no export call, despite numerous soundings from thi sslde. Flour business was slow, and on top of all a bearish report regarding winter wheat was expected Monday.
