The floral decorations were entirely of bridal .wreath and American beauty roses. The cenlcrpicco was a large circle of bridal wreath, ovor which a beautiful double heart of American beauties was suspended- At each plate was a lonjj stemmed "beauty" to which was attached at-tached a woe licart-shapcd envelope containing the cards of the happv air. Tall silver candelabra hold pure" white candles with American .beauty shades. The favors wero white satin heart-shaped heart-shaped boxes, with a hand-painted beauty rose and the monogram of the couplo in gold. They were filled with heart-shaped bonbons. At the wedding li the attendants wore coronets of bridal wreath and carried beauty roses; the gowns w'cro all white. It was a most' beautiful and striking processional. proces-sional. Sand Pile Party. An innovation in children's parties was certainly started by a mother of throe, whoso babies clearly loved com-pnnj com-pnnj Sho sent; cards illustrated with "sunbonnet" babies asking a dozen children to como in their "rompers"1 .from l to fi. On a bright Saturday afternoon tho mery throng appeared to find a load of delightfully clean sand; a set of sand tovs for each child and a pail and shovel. Automobiles Au-tomobiles met the trains and took city guests to tho station. The men wore flannels and tho girls dainty wash frocks at the dance and all had a glorious glori-ous time. Novel Table Decoration. At a dinner party there was a charming charm-ing Jack Horner pie made of pink crepe paper, the top covered with pink carnations carna-tions in the center of the table. Pink satin ribbon went to each placo, held down by a wee white porcelain jardi-ncro jardi-ncro in which one pink lily stood'erect and stately; beaming against these dainty favors wero tho place cards lettered let-tered in old. There wero nine guests and the effect of tho circle of lilies was lovely. The tiny jardmercs wero filled with earth so tho lilies did not fade. This idea may bo. carried out in any flower. With tho dessert courso, ribbons rib-bons were pulled revealing a souvenir for each guest done up in pink paper.
