Kincaid of Springfield, second vice-president; vice-president; Dr. Frank Carroll, Cedar I Rapids, la., secretary and treasurer, were the officers elected for the Napo-leon-Maghera Mining & Milling company com-pany at a recent moot ing of the directors direct-ors of tho company, which owns properties prop-erties -about twelve"- miles north of the city. With Dr. J. E. Chanler. Mariana, Ark., and Dr. William Zapf of Springfield, Spring-field, tho officers will compose the di-. reclorale. J. E. Dnlby was elected assistant as-sistant manager. The companv has under contemplation contempla-tion the expenditure of a largo amount of money on the properties this year in tho way of improvements.
