Another advantage ad-vantage is tho fact that they will bo near the Chamber of Commerce and the Real Estate association. The new quarters which aro being fitted givo a floor space of 02x22 fcot and will provide accommodations which will not be excelled by those of any real estate dealer in tho city. Adolph Richter is having plans prepared pre-pared for the enlargement of his real estate office at .10 West Second South and will occupy the entire floor spaco of 35) and 21 West .Second South. Work on the change will be started Wednesday. Wednes-day. A largo counter will be placed in the front portion of the room and there will bo a number of rooms at the back for the transaction of private business. The place will be finished in golden oak and when completed will be one of the handsomest business offices in the city.
