I Mrs. Pepper-Vanderbilt was indicted on a charge of larceny of his properly aud I action was begun to annul her marriage I to Vanderbilt. Tho appellate division ruled today 'that tho Sheriff's jury, which heard Ihc case, had not a right to accept a fee of $1 a day each from the counsel for Mrs. Minerva Vanderbilt. and there-' fore ordered a new trial.
