Show SURE OF WOMAN'S IDENTITY H Body Found on Cutler Mountain "Was That of Mrs. Bessie Bouton. COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Jan. 31. Chief of Police Reynolds of this city, who has been on the trail of Milton Franklin, suspected of having mur-dered mur-dered Bessie Bouton, has returned. He announces 'that he ls convinced of two things, first, that tho body found on Cutler mountain is that of Mrs. Bessio Bouton of Syracuse, N. Y., and second, that Milton Franklin Andrews of Hart-ford. Hart-ford. Conn., is the Milton Franklin, alias George Bouton, alias George Bar- ,H hett, who he believes Js responsible for hot death. The Chief says he will have a warrant Issued at once for Franklin's .f.rrest. He says that Franklin is in hid-ing hid-ing in New York city, and that he has been traveling with a woman who calls herself his sister. While in Syracuse Chief Reynolds submitted a sample of the hair found upon tha body of the -Cutler mountain iclm to the Kcmptcrs, parents of lH Bessie Bouton, and it was identified an having belonged to the missing: daugh-tor. daugh-tor. The description of the dental work was identified also, and the height, weight and general description of the bqdy tallied exactly with that of Bes-sic Bes-sic Bouton. |
