Show Arrests for Bomb-Throwing. PARTS, Jan 31. Eighteen arrests have been mado here in connection with the throwing of a bomb at a group of police and republican guards after the meeting of the Socialist revolutionists revolution-ists last night. Twelve of the suspects have been arrested and the others are held on suspicion. The two Injured republican re-publican guards are progressing favorably. fa-vorably. The condition of the three wounded civilians Is not dangerous.
