Tue Trains. The Utah Southern train which was delayed from Saturday, Satur-day, near the point of tho mountain, by snow and with its engine off the track, reached town yesterday evening. Tho train north, leaving Salt Lake yesterday morning, arrived at Ogden at about eleven o'clock, when a passenger passen-ger train came south arriving here, with the mails of Sunday, during the afternoon. The Union Pacific train from the cast was on time last evening, the Utah Central connecting with it and reaching town at about nine o'clock with eastern mails. The heavy and drifting snows of the last fw days deeply filled the tracks.
