The Xew York Tribune last to h-nd says: There seems to be a division of opinion amoeg the Utah lawyers as to the justice of the legislative acts relating re-lating to Territorial courts. One protect pro-tect from certain members of tho bar is uiadeup or grave indictments against the legislature, ehictly relating to the establishment of small local courts of considerably wide original jurisdiction. iNow we have a protest airaiusr. that protest also from lawyers in Utah.
