Olasi On Saturday mornings beginning be-ginning May 3, Bountiful City Recreation will sponsor a bicycle bicy-cle riding class. Included in the four week program will be four half hour lectures on such items as: safety, riding in comfort, com-fort, changing gears, becoming physically fit through a training train-ing program, elementary bike maintenance and repair, limbering lim-bering up and stretching. THE CLASS will also include in-clude a bike ride every week beginning with short trips and working up to a two hour bike excursion. This class will be a fun one for entire families who are interested in-terested in their general fitness, fit-ness, or are looking for programs prog-rams to participate in as a family fami-ly or are interested in finding alternate forms of transportation transporta-tion and want to get in shape to use a bicycle as a new means of travel. HELMUT WENZEL, the class instructor, is very experienced experi-enced in bike riding, repair and maintenance. He has taught many bicycle classes. He is also a member of the Bonneville Bonnevil-le Wheelmen, a local bicycling club and participates in many bicycle races throughout the summer months. The class will be from 9-11 a.m., Saturday mornings and will cost S6 per person for the four week course. The classes will be held at the Recreation Center, 150 West 600 North.
