Show - f - " KRISTINE ERICKSON AND DONALD ROBINSON Grand Ball Set The grand marshal and the hostess of the Bountiful Utah East Stake's upcoming ses-quicentennial ses-quicentennial grand ball will be Donald Robinson and Kristine Erickson. Mr. Robinson is currently cur-rently serving in the stake as the chairman of the Stake Young Adult Program. Kris-tine Kris-tine is vice chairman of the program. THE GRAND marshal and hostess, along with assistants, will preside over and conduct the grand promenade which will commence the evening's activities beginning at 8:30 p.m. The grand promenade will feature a colorful presentation presen-tation of penants by the young ladies of the stake followed by the promenade, with honored guests and all others in attendance attend-ance participating. Donald Robinson is now attending the University of Utah where he is majoring in commercial journalism. He served an LDS mission in Calgary, Cal-gary, Canada. Prior to this he was active in public speaking competition. He won the top place honors nationally in the BICIA Club national competition competi-tion and spoke in Washington, D.C. on the international speaker's platform. KRISTINE Erickson, now attending the University of Utah graduated from Bountiful Bounti-ful High School where she was pep club president, senior class officer and editor of the yearbook. As grandmarshal and hostess of the ball, Donald and Kristine will preside over one of the stake's grandest social so-cial events ever. The dance will be held April 25 at 8:30 p.m. in the Stake Center Cultural Hall located at 600 East 2200 South in Bountiful. Bounti-ful. The nine-piece Clint Frohm orchestra will play the big band sound of the '40s and '50s for dancing. Intermission entertainment will feature the popular Wilkinson Family Show acclaimed one of the best entertainment groups in the west. Refreshments will be served the entire evening. DRESS FOR the ball will be semi-formal and the family, 12 years of age and older, is invited in-vited to attend. Tickets are now available in all wards in the stake. It is suggested that those planning to attend be there by 8:30 p.m. in order to be a part of all the sesquicen-tennial sesquicen-tennial grand ball fun and entertainment. |
