Show By KATHI SJOBERG We are the champions, the city champions! The Wildcats beat Viewmont last Thursday night 26-14. When we combine our win over Viewmont with our win over Bountiful, we find ourselves the city champs. THE WOODS Cross Wildcats Wild-cats face another tough game today with the Bountiful Braves. The winner of this game will go to state, we must win! Congratulations to the Wildcat Marching Band who took second place at the Davis Cud Invitational last Wednes day. Drum Major Mike Huff was named as the best drum major. The band will be competing com-peting in the University of Utah Band Day this evening. We wish them the best of luck. OUR VOLLEYBALL team beat both West and Viewmont last week. They played South on Tuesday and will play Bountiful on Thursday. The golf team played'in region last Wednesday. They placed second. They are playing in the state golf tournament tour-nament today. Best of luck to the golf team! The cross country team beat Viewmont last week. They are compet ing in region cross country today. Good luck runners! FRIDAY IS College Day for all the seniors. Many of the colleges in Utah and the surrounding area will have representatives at Woods Cross to explain their college to us. Seniors please use this time wisely to choose your college. This could be one of the most important decisions you have to make. Saturday Oct. 27, from 8-11 p.m., the Sadie Hawkins. Dance will be held at Woods Cross High. Admission is $4 a couple in advance and $5 at the door. Hope to see ya all there! |
