Show Mrs. Elhel Beeb Meet At Mutual Program Given A program was given in Mutual Mu-tual Tuesday night. The theme, "Meet Me At Mutual," was carried car-ried out with the following program: pro-gram: solo, Cecil Wall, with Bonnie Bon-nie Ames, accompanist; jokes, Al-ora Al-ora Kolb; a short play, "Three Maids Lee," with Ruth Allred, Bonnie Bon-nie Ames and Cleo Clark taking part; reading, Afton Wall; duet, Bonnie Ames and Donal Kolb; instrumental solo, Marilyn Young. The remainder of the evening was spent in practicing dancing for the Gold and Green Ball. 13th BIRTHDAY Mrs. Wm. E. Clark gave a party par-ty Saturday afternoon, Jan. 15th in honor of her son, Dee's 13th birthday anniversary. Games and refreshments were enjoyed by Allen Al-len Ames, Tyron Kolb, Dean Carroll, Car-roll, Brent Fisher, Bob Dunsmore, Mac Jacobson, George Reay, Dick Miller, Dean Shiner, Lyard Mc-Conkie Mc-Conkie and Danny Kolb. J. Arthur Timothy took his father, Jim Timothy, to Duchesne Friday for medical care. Mr. and Mrs. Neldon Johanson, of Upalco, attended the genealogical genealog-ical program in Sacrament meeting meet-ing Sunday. Mrs. Johanson was among the speakers. Other speakers speak-ers were: Sidney Rust, Madelyn Perkins, Norita Bowden, Coralie Maxfield and Bishop J. Arthur Timothy. Mrs. Ralph Allred was able to come home from the Roosevelt Hospital, Tuesday, Jan 18. She has been receiving medical care. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. E. Clark and Mary Carroll made a trip to Salt Lake City Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Claude Iorg, of Upalco, called at the home of Mr. and Mrs Ed Olsen Sunday. Ted Snyder of Springville, spent last weekend with his mother, Mrs. Elva Snyder. Mr. and Mrs. Neldon Johanson, of Upalco, and Sidney Rust, of Mt. Home, were dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Monsen, Sunday. Lester Maxfield, who is employed employ-ed by the R.E.A., left Monday for Rangely, Colo, to work a few days. He returned home Friday. Jack Allred has purchased a 1955 Chevrolet pickup. Mr. and Mrs. Glade Timothy and Mr. and Mrs. George Berrett, Jr. went to Murray to attend the funeral of their grandmother, i Mrs. Bessie Berrett, Tuesday. |
