Show regulations specifically for the purpose of implementing Public Law 95-1752. It has now come to the attention of the Board that certain of these rules are in conflect with rules and regulations adopted by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. In order to resolve said conflect the Board will hold a hearing on February 28, 1979, at 9:00 a.m., in the Executive Conference Room - Holiday Inn, 1659 West , North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, for the purpose of adopting the following amendments: ( ) delete, add "Rule 1. Definitions (g) Responsible offical shall mean an offical (or designated agent) of the company who has the authority to execute official documents. Rule 2.3 Be filed and sworn to by: (a) If applicant is an individual, said individual, (or designated agent) ( (d) If applicant is represented by counsel, the application may be filed and sworn to by said counsel.) at which time all persons, firms, and corporations interested may, if they so desire, appear and be heard. Under the provisions of Section 40-6, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended, amen-ded, and the "Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978" (Public Law 95-1752) the Board of Oil, Gas, and Mining is hereby given authority to make and promulgate rules and regulations for the proper administration of said Acts.
