Show Lila Henninger dies at Pleasant Grove; Services held Lila James Heninger, 88 of 537 North 900 East American Fork died in Pleasant Grove February 8.1979 of causes incident to age. She was born November 19. 1890 in Paradise. Utah to John J. and Hanna Mittoir James. On December 14, 1910 she married her sweetheart Henry Lorin Henninger in the Logan IDS Temple. He preceded her in death on March 11, 13 along with two sons, Fnsign and John. She was a member of the LDS Church and Daughter of the Utah Pioneers. She served for two years in the Santa Monica Stake Mission. - Survivors include two sons and two daughters Ralph L. of Vita. Calif.; James L of Logan: Mrs. Claire (Lila) Petersen of American Fork; Mrs. LuDean Kaye Odenthal of Oxnard. Calif.; seventeen grandchildren and thirty-eight thirty-eight great-grandchildren; and three sisters: Mrs. Phyllis Ricks of Logan, Utah: Mrs. Wallace (Cladvs) Barney of Alhambra, Calif, and Mrs. Charles (Ruby) Zollinger of Logan. Funeral services will be hold Monday February 12. 1979 at 11 :00 a m. in the American Fork 14th Ward LDS Chapel. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the church. Hal Holmstead will be officiating the services. Prayers will be offered by Alvin Ferre, Stephen Petersen and Ralph Heninger. Speakers will include Claire Petersen, Don Barney and Dennis Petersen. Peter-sen. Musical solos will be sung by Evelyn Peterson accompanied by Lavon Hansen. Pallbearers will be the grandson and great-grandsons great-grandsons of Mrs. Heninger. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 14, 1979 at 10:00 a.m. in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Santa Monica, Calif. Gordon Woolf will be the speaker with Claire Petersen offering of-fering the dedicatory prayer. Funeral services under the direction of Boyer Southern Utah Mortuary. |
