Show Many Attend Closing P.-T. A. Program In Woodward Thursday The season closing program of the P.-T. A. held last Thursday in the Woodward high gym brought out an unusually large attendance reports Mrs. Irvin Bryner, president. Music for the evening consisted of four numbers under direction of Stanley Schmutz with his Woodward high school band. Reports Re-ports of the recent state P.-T. A. convention held in Logan were interestingly given by Mrs. George Pace and President Bryner, who were both in attendance. K. M. Cannon led in the recitation of the objectives set for the local P.-T. A., for the-coming year. As the concluding feature the officers recently elected to serve for 1942 were informally presented presen-ted including Mrs. Irvin Bryner, president; Mrs. Wayne C. Gardner, Gard-ner, first and Mr. K. M. Cannon second vice presidents; Margaret Jones, secretary; Florence Fore-master, Fore-master, treasurer; Mrs. Brig Randall, Ran-dall, membership; Mrs. Ferd Stucki, lunch chairman; room representative, rep-resentative, Mrs. Glenn E. Surrounded by such a capable group of helpers, Mrs. Bryner feels the P.-T. A. program for 1941-42 should work out smoothly. |
