Show VICE PRESIDENT HASjpDAY Washington, March 14. Today marked the sixtieth birthday anniversary anniver-sary of Vice President Marshall. He and Mrs. Marshall were speeding on their way ito Hot Springs, Va., where, free from the cares of official life, tho occasion will be celebrated by a birthday birth-day dinner today. The celebration really began last night when the Marsballs wore presented pre-sented with a huge birthday cake decorated de-corated with the shield of the United States, the vice president's name and the date of bis ulxtieth birthday. On account of Mr. Marshall's youthful appearance only six caudles adornod the top of the cake.
