We predict that this now departure depart-ure on the part of the board of education edu-cation of Ogden will he copied nation-wide, and that all the schools of the United States eventually will be calling for efficiency experts. Now preferably, those who are to Inquire into our schools and give the final word of approval or disapproval, disapprov-al, should he outsiders, Indifferent to local opinion and absolutely free from any personal likes or dislikes.
