Show JUDGES HAND DOWNJECREE Terms on Which Railroads Shall Dispose of Holdings Are Prescribed. Columbus, O., March 14. The terms on which the Hocking Valley, Toledo & Ohio Central, Chesapeake &. Ohio, and Lake Shore & Michigan Southern railroads shall dispose of their equity In the Sunday Creek Coal company and the Continental Coal & Coke company, and by which the Chesapeako & Ohio shall dispose of its interest in the Kanawha and Michigan road, were prescribed in a decree handed down here today by United States Circuit Court Judges Warren, Knapp and Dennison. The same court handed down an opinion in December, 1012, that these holdings were in violation of. the Sherman anti-trust act By the decree given today, the Lake Shoro is givon two months in 1 which It must purchase tho stock of tho Kanawha and Michigan, owned now by the Chesapeake & Ohio, or the joint interest or both roads in the Kanawha and Michigan must bo sold to others. The same time is allowed for complete com-plete disposal by private sale of the Sunday Creek Coal company's stock and that of the Continental Coal P; Coke company by the railroads uov holding it nn |
