Show will be told at public auction to the highest bidder. The sale will be held at the Main Floor North Entrance Foyer, Davis County Courthouse, Corner of State and Main, Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah, on Thursday, November 5, 1987, at 11:00 o'clock a.m. The purpose pur-pose of the sale is the foreclosure of a Trust Deed executed by DE-VCO, DE-VCO, a Trust, as Trustor, Trus-tor, in favor of VAL-LEY VAL-LEY BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee and Beneficiary, Benefi-ciary, covering real property located in Davis County, Utah, and more particularly described as follows: State of Utah, County of Davis: All of Lot 16, SOMERSET FARM PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, a planned Residential Residen-tial Development, as the same is identified iden-tified in the Plat recorded re-corded in Book 586, Page 515 of official records of Davis County, Utah, and in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions Con-ditions and Restrictions Restric-tions of the Somerset Some-rset Farm Planned Unit Development, a Planned Residential Residen-tial Development, and the amendments amend-ments thereto of record re-cord in the office of the County Recorder Recor-der of said County. TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, rights, rights of way, easements, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, belong-ing, or in anywise appertaining (all as part of the premises hereby conveyed) which shall be deemed to include but not to be limited to (1) all mineral rights, rents, issues, profits, damages, royalties, revenue and benefits be-nefits therefrom; (2) all improvements, improveme-nts, fixtures and equipment (whether or not annexed thereto) now or hereafter used in connection therewith; (3) all water' and water rights hereafter relating re-lating to or used in connection with said property; together with all shares of stock evidencing any such water rights, and all fixtures and equipment for irrigation irri-gation or drainage. Household appliances ap-pliances are deemed to be fixtures fix-tures and a part of the realty, and a portion of the security for the indebtedness in-debtedness herein mentioned.
