Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty warran-ty as to titte, possession posses-sion or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah, on the 6th day of November, 1987, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. of said day: All of Lot 50, ROBINS PARK SUBDIVISION NO. 2, a subdivision subdivi-sion of part of Section Sec-tion 17, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, according to the official plat thereof. Commonly known as 590 West 1750 North, Layton, Utah 84041. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure proceedings pro-ceedings is dated June 27, 1983, and was executed ex-ecuted by LYLE C. GINGERY, an unmarried unmar-ried man, as Trustor, and in favor of WESTERN WEST-ERN MORTGAGE LOAN CORPORATION, CORPORA-TION, the present Beneficiary. Be-neficiary.
