Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder, bid-der, November 17, 1987, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah at 12:00 Noon of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing fore-closing a trust deed executed ex-ecuted by RONALD ALAN PETERSON and DONIS PETERSON, PETER-SON, husband and wife, as trustors, recorded re-corded March 12, 1986 as Entry No. 729626 in Book 1078, Page 227, of the official records of Davis County, State of Utah, in favor of ZIONS MORTGAGE COMPANY as beneficiary benefi-ciary by assignment dated April 10, 1986 and recorded August 4, 1986 as Entry No. 746730 in Book 1103, at Page 973 of said official offi-cial records covering real property located at 146 West 100 North, Bountiful, Utah, and more particularly described de-scribed as: Commencing at the Southeast corner cor-ner of Lot 2, Block 30, Plat "A", Bountiful Townsite Survey, and running run-ning thence West 4 rods; thence North 139 feet; thence East 4 rods; thence South 139 feet to the point of commencement. com-mencement. Notice of Default was recorded June 23, 1987, as Entry No. 01791426 in Book 1175, Page 1022 of said official records.
