Show REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Centerville City requests re-quests proposals from Developers possessing the necessary qualifications, qualifi-cations, financial resources, re-sources, and ability to acquire and develop a site of approximately 12.82 acres, known as the City Plaza Site in a manner consistent with the requirements and objectives of the City of Centerville. The Site property is believed to be physically physic-ally suitable for most any type of development develop-ment which would be economically feasible. . The present zoning is , restrictive as to the type of development deemed most feasible for the prime interchange inter-change location. The Site property is located just East of the Interstate Highway I-15 I-15 at the Centerville ; exit. Certain City facilities faci-lities and improve- ments have been con-. con-. structed upon the Site property. These facilities facili-ties are not adequate to meet the future antici-. antici-. pated growth of the : City and are located on land which, because of its prime location and proximity to the sole City interchange, has a higher and better use. The City desires to sell or trade its existing land and facilities at a price which would allow the City to occupy new and larger facilities at a different location within the City. The City is requesting re-questing proposals from interested Developers De-velopers who can assist the City in accomplishing its objectives ob-jectives through the purchase of land or the construction of facilities. facili-ties. Proposals should be submitted to Mr. David A. Hales, City Administrator, 521 North 400 West, Centerville, Cen-terville, Utah 84014 on , or before 5:00 p.m., December 2, 1987, local loc-al time.
