Show Sophrona Holley Sophrona Frandsen Holley, 75, of 817 Lindsay, Layton, died Wednesday, Sept. 17, in the Humana Hospital Davis North in Layton of a heart ailment. She was born Sept. 15, 1911 in Logar, a daughter of Earl and Mabel Porter Frandsen. She married mar-ried Lewis Edmond Holley Feb. 1, 1932 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died July 16, 1984. She was a member of the Layton 16th Ward. She had served as Relief Re-lief Society president and counselor. counse-lor. She had served as Junior Sunday Sun-day School coordinator. She had served as president of the YWMIA.'and had been a visting teacher and ordinance temple worker in the Ogden Temple. Surviving are two sons and three daughters. Ralph Lewis Holley, Layton; Evan Doualas Hollev. Clearfield; Mrs. James (Sharen) Moss. Niland, Calif.; Mrs. Ed (Carol) Storey, Monroe, Utah; Mrs. Roger (Barbara) Larsen, Roy; 30 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Also surviving are one brother and three sisters, Ralph Porter Frandsen, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Clive (Viola) Johnson, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Allen (Lula) Sellers, Clark, Ida.; Mrs. Noland (Zelpha) Warren, Arizona. Services were held Sept. 20 in the Myers Mortuary in Layton with Bishop Richard T. Maughan officiating. Interment was in the Ogden City Cemetery. |
