Show JOIN IN DEDICATION OF NEW WARD CHAPEL The following attended the dedication of the Fruitland ward chapel Sunday afternoon: Pres. and Mrs. Hale Holgate, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Bird, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Ross, Mrs. Norma Hansen, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Peel, Deon and Mildred Bird. Mrs. Hansen sang a solo, "Bless This House," and Mr. Peel sang "The House I Live In." Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Hansen and children visited Mr. and Mrs. Lyndon Hansen at Alta-mont Alta-mont Saturday night. Mr. and Mrs. Wendel Evans, of Mt. Home; Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Ir-vin Snow, of Mt. Emmons, were dinner guests, Sunday, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Chad Evans. The Trail Builders Fun-Da-Lay was held in connection with the Bridgeland ward at Lake Boren, Wednesday, July 28. The boys enjoyed swimming and all ate lunch around the campfire, then had a watermelon watermel-on bust. Games were enjoyed by the boys and their parents. Mr. and Mrs. Chad Evans took their small daughter, Sher-ri, Sher-ri, to Salt Lake for a medical check-up, Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. James O. Larsen Lar-sen received word that their son, Orvil, who is stationed at Pensacola, Florida with the Navy Air Force, visited his brother, Thomas, who is. serving in the mission field in Orangeburg, Orange-burg, South Carolina. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Ross and family, of Roosevelt, visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Ross. |
