Show Amended Proclamation By The Ute Tribal Fish And Game Board TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: A Proclamation issued by the Uintah and Ouray Tribal Business Bus-iness Committee on May 25, 1954, and published in the Roosevelt Roose-velt Standard on June 17, 24 and July 1, 1954, is hereby amended amend-ed as follows: (Paragraph No. 5 of said Proclamation should read) All Uintah and Ouray Reservation water shall be opened to the public (holding proper licenses), for fishing described area: The Uncompahgre area, (Hill Creek) to include Clear Creek and Florence Creek; and the Uintah River from the boundary line of the National Forest (above Big Spring), down to where . it crosses the Lapoint road, also from the upper Pole Creek drift fence down to the Uinta River. Said waters having been closed until declared, by the Ute Tribal Fish and Game Board as being sufficiently restocked to warrant re-opening. That no boats, rafts' or other floating devices be allowed on any lakes, reservoirs, etc., under the jurisdiction of the Ute Indian In-dian Tribe. CERTIFICATION I, hereby certify that the above amended resolution was adopted by the Uintah and Ouray Tribal Fish and Game Board at a regular meeting in Fort Duchesne, Utah, on the 5th day of August, 1954, by a vote of 3 for and 0 against JASPER W.
