Show 4-H Club Work The girls 4-H Club enjoyed a few days of camping in the canyon with their leaders, Mrs. Beatrice Lundberg, Mrs. Barta Jenkins and Mrs. Osa Hullin-ger Hullin-ger last week. Mrs. Russel Todd, Mrs. David Lundberg and Milton Ricks wer speakers in Sacrament meeting Sunday evening, July 2. Kay Stanley and Clyde Jenkins Jen-kins graduated from the Pri mary to the M.I.A. Mr. and Mrs. George Bracken were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Smith at White-rocks White-rocks on Friday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph O'Neil and small son, of Price, were last weekend visitors at the home of Mrs. O'Neil's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph McMullin. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Reyos and family attended the funeral services ser-vices for Mrs. Reyos' mother, Mrs. Rachel Jane Van, in the Roosevelt Baptist church Tuesday, Tues-day, July 27. Franklin D. White, of Provo, visited with his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Alden White, last weekend. Miss Joanne Todd went to Salt Lake City Tuesday, July 27, to play for Miss Janice An-derton An-derton and Miss Janet Stevens to sing on television. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Shisler made a trip to the Hot Springs in Idaho last week to spend a week. Mr. and Mrs. Milton Stewart, of Tooele, and Mr. and Mrs.' Earl Stewart and family, of Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Annie Anderson, An-derson, of Mt. Home spent Sunday, Sun-day, July 25 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph McMullins. Mrs. Anderson is Mrs. McMullins' mother and Mrs. Stewart is her sister. Mr. and Mrs. Horace Day, of Fillmore, were recent visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Le-land Angus. They were on their wav home from Colorado. Mrs. Earl Winn took her family fam-ily to Vernal on Friday, where they spent the afternoon at the swimming pool and various places of interest. Miss Barbara Brown, who is employed at one of the Vernal banks, spent the past weekend with her parents. She also attended at-tended church at Ballard. Mr. and Mrs. Milton Ricks and family visited one day at Upalco with friesnd and relatives rela-tives last week. ' Mrs. Rex Gardner, of Maeser, visited with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Max Todd, last week. |
