Show Quick Stitching Stitchers NEOLA The Quick Stitching Stitch-ing Stitchers 4-H Club of Neola held their meeting at the home of Elaine Smithson. Club was opened by Judy Bastain and then songs were led by Elaine Smithson, after which we talked about going to 4-H camp, and changing our 4-H day to Wed. because of the bus going to Vernal. Then we all worked on our projects and cookies and punch were served by our hostess. Faith Dye, reporter. h-h-h-h LUCKY CLOVERS The Lucky Clover Club was held at the home of Mrs. Fitzgerald, Fitz-gerald, July 26. There were four of us there. The time was spent working on table cloths. Refreshments were cookies and punch. Arlene Wright, reporter h-h-h-h HAPPY SEWING SIX BLUEBELL The Happy Sewing Sew-ing Six Club met at the home of Carma Atwood last Wednesday. We are making dresses, pajamas, pajam-as, and pedal pushers. We hope to make a fine job of them. Refreshments were served by Carma. Our next meeting will be held at our teacher's place, Mrs. Bird. Daphine Lisonbee, reporter h-h-h-h COUNTRY CLUB IOKA The 4-H Country Club had a judging tour. We judged Angus, shorthorns and Gurn-seys. Gurn-seys. We wish to thank Robert Murdock for taking us. The boys that went were Scott Murdock, John Percival, Gary Zobell, Bart Kiliian, Alton D. Percival, and Tom Milburn. The Ioka Country Club met in the home of John Percival last Thursday. Gary Zobell led in the Pledge of Allegiance, and Jim Drollinger led in the 4-H Pledge. We talked about elub tours, the County Fair and Club Camp. We wish to thank Robert Murdock Mur-dock for attending our meetings. Meeting adjourned at 9:40. Tom Milburn, reporter h-h-h-h EVER-READY CLUB During the month of July the Ever-ready 4-H Club held its weekly meetings at the home of Connie Hanson, Janice Mar-chant, Mar-chant, Nadine Ottosen and Margaret Mar-garet Fredrickson. We have completed our scarfs and hot-pads. Some have completed com-pleted their aprons and skirts. We are planning on having these completed by Club Camp. We have made our final plans for Country Club Camp which is being held August 11, 12, 13, at Wolf Creek Pass. A special feature of this month's meetings was a Hobo Party. We each came dressed as Hobos and participated in a Hobo' Rodeo. A lunch in Hobo knapsacks was furnished by our leader and Connie Hanson was awarded the prize for the best Hobo. Our next meeting will be held August 9th at 10 A. M. in the park. Gayle Ottosen, reporter h-h-h-h ROOSEVELT HOMEMAKERS Wednesday, July 28, at 6:00 the Roosevelt Homemekers met in Mrs. Axel Anderson's back yard to' have a pot-luck supper. The menu was Hamburgers, baked beans, potato salad, icebox ice-box cake and divinity. Before we ate we had a health report by Linda Schmiett and talked about Club Camp. After we ate we played several games arranged by Ann Murphy, our recreation leader. Pam Harmston, reporter h-h-h-h SUCCESS CLIMBERS ROOSEVELT Monday Aug. 2 at 3:00 the Success Climbers 4-H Club met at the home of Ranae Eldredge, our leader. We worked on our skirts and discussed dis-cussed them. We are planning on going to 4-H encampment on August 11, 12, and 13 up Wolf Creek above Tabiona.
