Show Two District Judges, One LgkI k Seek Fourth Judicial Posts; Third Judge Post Hot Uacar.t irp; The two District Judges ser-' ving D&chesne County, whose terms will expire this year, have announced that they will seek re-election as judges of the Fourth Judicial District Court during general election next November. Filing with the Secy, of State were Judge William Stanley Dunford and Judge R. L. Tuck-ett. Tuck-ett. STANLEY DUNFORD Judge Dunford is a graduate from Common Schools, Bloom-ington, Bloom-ington, Ida., the Fielding Academy, Acad-emy, Paris, Ida., qualified as a public school teacher at the Al-Bion Al-Bion State Normal School and is a graduate of the University of Utah Law School. Served In War He was reared on a farm, later working as section hand, coal miner, timber hand and school teacher. He served in the U. S. Army during Mexican border troubles and later saw service in World War I. Judge Dunford served as deputy dep-uty county attorney for one term, county attorney for two terms and district attorney for two terms. He has been district judge for 11 years. Active in social, welfare and religious organizations, he hr.s written papers upon family relations re-lations which have been widely used and quotecf. He is former president of the Utah County Bar Assoc;ation, current chairman of the Memorial Memo-rial Board of Provo City and helped organize the Provo Veterans Vet-erans Council. Judge Dunford is married and has one son and three daughters. Judge Joseph E. Nelson is the third judge serving the Fourth Judicial District in Utah, Wasatch, Duchesne and Uintah counties.
