Township 3 North. Range I Last. Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Meri-dian. Davis County. Utah. A copy of the petitions for the transfers trans-fers containing the description de-scription of lands to which such water has heretofore been allotted allot-ted and the lands to which it is proposed the said water be transferred trans-ferred and the terms and conditions of which the transfer is petitioned for is on file in the office of the Weber We-ber Basin Water Con-servancy Con-servancy District. Lay ton. Utah, for public pub-lic inspection. The name of the petitioners and the amount of water, wa-ter, in acre-feet, for which the transfer applies ap-plies is as follows: Sidney S. Smith. 1.9 acre-feet The Board of Directors Direc-tors of the District will meet in public session at District Headqu.u ters. 2837 E. Highwax 193. Laylon. Utah. 9:00 A.M.. to consider . said petitions and any and all objections that may be presented in writing by any person showing cause why said petitions for trans-fer trans-fer should not be granted. All persons interested may appear at such hearing and show cause in writing why said petitions, or any thereof should not be granted. Failure of any person to show cause in writing as aforesaid, shall be deemed an assent on his part to the granting of said petition.
