Show i Fountain Green ' Mr. and Mrs Willard Oldroyd have moved to Richfield where thej will make their home. Claude Livingston and family have moved to Basin, Idaho, where the? have bought a home. The sewing club met at Mrs. Henry Hen-ry Jackson's Monday night. Refresh ments were served and a delightful jvening was spent. A dance will be given tonight, March 26th, in the Opera House for the benefit of the brass band. A picture show was given Sunday night for the benefit of the missionaries. mission-aries. The sum of $22.00 was collected. col-lected. Friday the Relief Society held their Dedication services in the Relief Society So-ciety hall which was dedicated by Bp. C. J. Christiansen. After the program, lunch and chocolate wa served to all. Everyone enjoyed a pleasant afternoon. Their dance was postponed until March 29th, on account of the death in town. Funeral services over Ihe remains of Ella Hansen was held March 21st, in the meeting house. Speaker? were J. L. Nielson and her school teacher, C. L. Despain. They could not find words to express their sympathy sym-pathy for the parents, nor speak toe highly of her good qualities. AH the school children and the teachers marched behind the hearse from the home to the meetinghouse and there the larger students sit in a body. Her class mates presented a beautiful floral tribute. There was a large attendance at-tendance of friends, schoolmates and relatives. Many beautiful flowers were given. The following visiting relatives attended the funeral. Mr and Mrs. J. A. Leslie of Salt Lake Mrs. Niels Christensen of Moroni Mrs. Lee Taylor of Freedom and Lauritz Christensen and family of Jerusalem. Jewel, the twin daughter of Mr and Mrs. T. J. Oldroyd, died March 22nd. Funeral services were held Sunday at the meeting house. Consoling Con-soling words were spoken by A J Aagard and J. L. Nielsen. Joy, the other girl is very sick at present. The babies are nine months old. Mr. and Mrs. Peter Mayer of Provo attended at-tended the funeral. |
