OCR Text	Show ARBOR DAY PROCLAMATION ISSUED A proclamation designating Tuesday Tues-day April 15, as Arbor day and a general holiday in the State of Utah was issued Tuesday by the governor of Utah. The proclamation says: "I earnestly urge upon the people of the state that they celebrate the day with appropriate ceremonies, to the end that the children may be impressed with the lessons of responsibility re-sponsibility that go with the care and culture of living thing, and that the people generally may take ad vantage oT the day as an occasion for beautiiying their surroundings by the planting of trees and shrubs and vines."
