Notice to the Public. After a long hard winter, indica tions are that we shall presently have spring. And this is the proper time for a general cleaning up, and in accordance with the ordinances of the city and my instructions from the Mayor and the City Council, I hereby respectfully call the attention of the people of Mt. Pleasant to the necessity of cleaning up all premises, and putting them in a sanitary condition. con-dition. If all wiil hesrtly co operate the result will be a clean and sanitary sani-tary city.
