Show Greater Utah Excursion Fred C. Graham of the Utah de-velopement de-velopement League of Salt Lake City was in Mount Pleasant on Wed nesday and arranged for a reception of the party who have planned for an excursion through the state in the interest of a Greater Utah. They will arrive in Mount Pleasant on the morning of May 16th at 8 o'clock and will be in our city until 10:15 a. m. The party will have with them the celebrated Held's Band, consisting of twenty-five pieces, influential speakers and the Imperial Male Quartet ot bait Lake City. At the depot a parade will be formed and the party will march up Main Street to one of the business centers of the city where a concert and meeting will be held on the street. The train will consist of sixpulman cars and one diner. The excursion will last for a full week. The purpose of this excursion through the state is to arouse a greater interest in up to date methods meth-ods of conducting business ard all work for a better and greater Utah. |
