H. M. Rowe. The "Bow-wows," arrayed in the nnblem of their organization a dos's hf-nd surmounting a black dHc bearing bear-ing the word "Bow-wows" by their careful efforts. In decoration and arrangements, ar-rangements, made the affair ono "howling" success. A string of special ears carried those invited to he park, where the music was furnished by Prof. Short's orchestra. The decoration consist ed of a profusiou of American flars neatly arranged; scores of lighted jack-c.'lanterns. jack-c.'lanterns. and Japanese lanterns, natural vines, arranged nicely about the pillars and caves of the hall, a separate decoration of each pillar with masses of rushcn nnd "cat-tails" and an immense mass of rushes at the wall end of the pavilion. A unique feature of the decoration, was the display of the many original origin-al acceptances und regrets. The latter, lat-ter, stmie of which were written on sections of dry goods boxen, and the like, and all of which were written find composed in an original ' way, were displayed on oro wall of the hall, nnd proved of a considerable Intel In-tel est aud amusement to the guests. Refreshments were served during the later part of the evening, and the party dlsban led about, midnight, voting the affair the most pleasing of the season.
