Harold Koss, a 18-year-old schoolboy, is dying dy-ing at his home here, and two of his voung companions are under the care of hospital surgeons a? the result of I burns received last night when one 1 of them threw a lighted paper Into a sewer basin, in which a quantity m' ; oil bad been dropped by board of health Inspectors to check the breeding breed-ing of mosquitoes. The lads were enveloped in flames piid a moment later. Koss' clothing was burned from his body. |
