Show WILL ERECT FINE CLUB BUILDING MOTOR TRINITY CLUB TO BE INCORPORATED IN-CORPORATED IN OGDEN. Will Furnish New Feature In Business Men's Clubs Property Located on Washington Avenue. An agreement has been entered Into by which the Motor Trinity club of Ogdea will be Incorporated, the officers agreed , upon being T. W." Mathews, Ogden, president; O. M. Engdahl, Salt Lake, vice president; J. M. Evans. Salt Lake, secretary; R. T. Hume. Ogden, treasurer. . These officers, with Henry Sevy of Salt Lake, constitute the directors di-rectors of the company. If the purposes pur-poses of this organization are accomplished accom-plished as contemplated, this company com-pany will furnish quite a new feature in Business men's clubs and will no doubt attract considerable attention.' It is the purpose of the club to erect a fine olub building, which will be provided pro-vided with a gymnasium, bowling alleys, al-leys, pool and billiard rooms, card rooms and a first class buffet and cafe. On the land surrounding the club house will he laid out tennis courts, golf links and other grounds for outdoor out-door sports. It is also the idea of the company to have a director in attendance attend-ance at all time to give Instructions in physical culture and teach the membership mem-bership of the organization tho manner man-ner of playing the various games that will be in vogue there. The property owned by the company Is situated on Washington avenue and 1st street, and is -commonly known &s the Hume property. There is already a fino structure on the premises that Is said to have cost In the neighborhood neighbor-hood of $25,000, and to this structure there will be built an additional building build-ing to cost upwards of $30,000. Aside from the large three-story building now on the grounds there Is a handsome hand-some cottage, a garage and an electric plant for furnishing light for the premises. prem-ises. The company will be capitalized at $75,000, divided Into shares of the par value 'of ten dollars each, the courtesies courte-sies of the club to be extended only to the members of the organization and their invited guests. |
