HARDY SOUGHT B DENVERITES Former Ogden Third Sacker Offered Post With Fast Western League stub Hardy, third sacker of the Ogdt n Gunners of 1f21. who has been offered a tryout at the fur corner with the Denver club of the Western West-ern league. Another former Ogdenite is in demand de-mand in tho baseball world. Stub Hardy, the third baseman of the Ogden Og-den club of last season, now playing semipro ball In Idaho. Is sought by the Denver club of the Western league. Hardy was one of the best third eackers In the Northern Utah loop last year. He is a good sticker and a nifty fielder Hardy is the property of the Minneapolis club of the American Amer-ican Association and was turned over to the St. Joseph club of the Western league two years ago. Hardy later Jumped to the St Anthony club of the Snako River-Yellowstone league and joined the Gunners last spring.
