Show NO NOON WHISTLES; CITIZEN WANT REST CARMEL, Cal., July 1. (By The Associated Press.) Carmel's literary population doesn't want to be both-, ered by a dally 12 o'clock whistle. Several evenings ago a resident asked the town board to permit him to blow a whls'.le every noon so people peo-ple near could have some way of regulating regu-lating their clocks and watches.
