N Mrs. Mellinger Is a reader of exceptional excep-tional ability, one by nature as well as education. When but a young girl, she entered the Demorest Series of contests and won In quick succession, the silver, gold, grand gold, diamond and grand diamond medals. There are but seven of tho last named in tho United States. Later, she took special spe-cial training for her chosen work in Lincoln, Nebraska.
