Skaggs, Ogden operator of Cash and Carry stores, Is invading Salt Lake with three stores and markets mar-kets on Main, Stale and Regent streets. When business Justifies .Mr. Skaggs said he will establish more ntores in the capital city. Coming to Ogden about three years ago and establishing his first store, Mr. Skaggs now runs in thic city four stores and markets, in addition to A string of stores throughout Idaho and Wyoming. Managers of the Salt Lake stores will be selected from employes in his old stores. Mr. Skaggs announced. By entering the Salt Lake field, Mr. Skaggs said he anticipates superior advantage ad-vantage from a buying standpoint, which he asserts will redound to the adnntage of his customers.
