That was one of the moro interesting interest-ing of a large number of interesting statements James Wiggins, now with America's fighting forces at Camp 3ovier and an Ogden boy. wrote to his brother. Officer Earl Wiggins. Tho letter was written on Y. M. C. A. sta-, tionery. dated January 10, and graphically graphi-cally details conditions. The letter follows in full: "Dear Brother Earl: Well, Earl, here I am at camp. It is somo place down here, and I am on the job now. I was on K-P for a week, but last night I was on guard from 7:30 to 9:30. Thon I went to bed from 1:30 to 3:30. Now, I am off for a while, but suppose sup-pose I will go back on post soon. "Every 'bricky' is working on K-P or guard; also truck work. There are abouty fifty 'brickies' here and about 100 carpenters are putting up tents and laying floors. They work about eight hours a day. There is no brick work here, but, I tell you, wo will be going across the pond soon. That is, the 'brickies.' "I have not been away from camp at all, for we have been in quarantine two weeks. We will go out of quarantine quar-antine next Wednesday. Down here, it is about like It is up there. It snowed tho first day wo came and also the next. Then it rained. It is fine now in the daytime, but cool at night. I can see tho town. It is about two blocks away, but can't get there because be-cause of quarantine.
