Show I M. HE1DER IS IK FOR DIVORCE Divorce was started In tho district court by Ida M. Holder against Frank Heidcr on the grounds of non-support and desertion. Tho couple wore married mar-ried at Oakland, Oal., on April 15, 1909, and there is a 7 year old child in the family. The plaintiff charges tho Holder has failed to contribute to her support since June 17, 1916. She has- had to go out to work for her own living dur ing that time, she claims, and has had to rely on the aid of friends part of the time. She asks that the court grant her a separation, costs of the action, attorney's fees, ali.mony and the cus-todv cus-todv of the child.
