GOODS II RIS POSSESSION; Harry Ryan was found guilty this morning by Municipal Judge George S. Barker of having stolen goods in his possession, to-wit: A radiator stolen from O. M. Runyon's automobile several nights ago. He was sentenced to serve twenty-five days in jail. Ryan I was arrested by Detective J. L. Hobson. Hob-son. S. Stevenson was sentenced to serve five days for drunkenness, and Pat Naylen, charged with the same offense, of-fense, forfeited $5 ball. V. C. Floyd was tried on a charge of passing a worthless check on Tom Allen, at the Little Queen saloon, April 14.
