A. 1 Sweet, president of the Standard Coal i company, is sending a series of letters to governors and public utilities com- ( missions of western states. The first of these letters was sent to the governor gov-ernor of Idaho yesterday. Mr. Sweet says the Oregon Short Line Is not do- ing Its duty in furnishing cars.
