Show SCHOOL CONTEST ST WHICH 11 IS TO PRESIDE The annual classic competition between be-tween the Ogden High school and the high school department of Weber college, col-lege, in the art of public speaking, will be staged tomorrow afternoon at the Tabernacle, the event being the fourth contest for the Dr. Edward I. Rich annual an-nual prize fund of $50. The fund is to be divided into two prizes of ?35 and $15. Mayor Abbot R. Heywood will act as master of ceremonies, being the choice of both schools for this position, posi-tion, and other prominent citizens will occupy seats on the speakers' platform. plat-form. For weeks past elimination contests have been the order at both schools for the purpose of selecting the most able public speakers to be entered in the inter-school event. As a result of these, four of the ablest young orators ora-tors in the city, Charles Balch, Douglas Doug-las Leishman, Raymond Williams and Ernest Wilkinson, have won the honor. hon-or.
