Show TICK ATHLETES IE KPII FOR eis EMS With the few days of warm weather, weath-er, track athletes of the O. H. S. havo been very busy. Coach Duff has been ' limbering his men up and from now the work will go on in one hard grind. Dufr will havo six good men to build a track team around, and should put out a fast aggregation. He has Falck, Dee, KIngsford and Keefe, who have been entored in the .state meet twice. These four men are in the 100, 220 and 440 yard runs, and also compose the relay team. All four are fast and, with proper training this year, should be point winners in the state meet In Brown, Duff has a fast miler. This man should cop either first or second m the state meet. Young Bagley In the last vet, the Higers have, and he is somo athlete He should grab places -ii-i-"ji ' iii 1 1 i-i jj- in the pole vault, high jump, and the shot put. With this bunch to start with, Duff should put out a regular team, as the new men are showing considerable class themselves Next Friday the annual crosscountry crosscoun-try run will be held. The favorite is Bert Brown Many of the students are laying odds that he will be the first man to finish |
