Francisco Francis-co Villa is moving rapidly toward the American border with 3000 troops, General Francisco Murguia announced here today before leaving for Casas Grandes with 4000 government troops to carry out an enveloping movement against Villa. Preceding General Murguia's train were eight troop trains carrving his command from Chihuahua Citv, which arrived here yesterday and la'st night to participate in the most comprehensive comprehen-sive drive against Villa since Murguia arrived from southern Mexico.
